Massage

Location: Room 22 Lyndum House, High Street, Petersfield, GU323JG. The treatment room and toilets are on the first floor. If you arrive early for your appointment please wait downstairs, occasionally the inner door will be locked for security. The nearest parking is available in the Central Car Park at Waitrose.

What to wear: Please wear appropriate underwear, shorts are advisable, please avoid wearing a sports bra for back, neck and shoulder treatments.   

Cancellation policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please amend your booking through the booking site. If you must cancel your appointment, I must be notified no less than 48 hours beforehand for a full refund to be issued. Cancellations after this period will be charged the full amount.

Disclaimer: The client must inform me of any recent changes to their medical history. I may refuse treatment if I believe it is not safe or in the client’s best interest to continue. The client has the right to refuse, modify or terminate treatment at any time. If there have been any changes in your physical health since your last appointment, please let me know in advance.

Yoga

Location: All venues will be open 10 minutes before the class start time. There is parking on site.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation via the booking system must be made no less than 12 hours prior to the class starting. No refund will be offered after this time. No discounts or transfer of services will be offered if you are unable to attend.

Disclaimer: Yoga classes will involve postures which work on challenging your stability, strength, flexibility and control. The postures will be demonstrated showing various levels of difficulty, to suit your individual ability. Whilst every effort will be made by the teacher to ensure you are completing the posture correctly, you must take individual responsibility for selecting the level for each posture and stopping if you should experience any feelings of discomfort, dizziness or fatigue.

You must inform the teacher prior to the start of the class if there have been any changes to your medical history or you have sustained any new injuries which may impact your ability to practice. Please practice within your own capabilities.

By attending any classes or accessing Video on Demand, you agree that you are fit and well to practice yoga. If during class you start to feel unwell or know a certain posture is not for you, please take a break.

Workshops & Yin Yoga classes

Workshops and Yin Yoga classes are payable in advance via the online booking system.

If you are unable to attend then we operate a ‘refund if replaced’ policy, whereby you will receive a full refund if your place is subsequently booked. Refunds can take up to two weeks to be processed.
